ABOUT NOSAYABA

An engineer by training.
A systems thinker by practice.

EXPERIENCE & CREDIBILITY

Experience in perspective.

15 years connecting materials, manufacturing, operations and supply chains across aerospace, automotive, retail, energy, logistics and technology.

TRUSTED BY

Airbus · Boeing · ASOS · Aston Martin · Amazon · GE Oil & Gas · Nike · Carlyle Group

Physical systems. Real scale.

Production and distribution responsibilities across global organisations. At Amazon, work included AWS development and implementation lead-time management for distribution centres during the Covid-19 period.

Connecting materials & markets.

Advising on value-chain architecture across emerging trade corridors within EMEA, connecting industrial capability, market access and supply-chain governance.

Technical depth. Institutional fluency.

First-Class Honours MEng in Materials Science & Engineering. Executive Doctorate scholarship at École des Ponts Business School, studying supply-chain governance. Selected for the inaugural Tech Diplomacy Global Executive Program in 2026.

Nosayaba is an Industrial Systems Architect, materials scientist and engineer working at the intersection of materials, manufacturing, supply chains and governance, with a focus on emerging markets.

Her career centres on what happens between a decision and the physical systems required to execute it from raw materials and manufacturing to distribution, markets and infrastructure.

She designs systems that help people, organisations, industries and economies move from operational complexity to coordinated execution.

Through recent ventures, she is developing decision fluency for leaders and the intelligence and infrastructure connecting physical production, digital systems, human capability and economic value.

Her work combines technical depth with commercial and institutional fluency: the language of materials and manufacturing, the economics of supply chains, the architecture of digital systems and the governance needed to make them work at scale.

Her distinctive advantage is seeing connections that are often treated separately: material and market, factory and balance sheet, supply chain and state, physical infrastructure and digital intelligence.

She translates between matter, money and mandate, turning complex physical and economic structures into systems that can be understood, governed and executed.
